The leadership team previously developed and operated the Haynesville’s largest in-basin proppant footprint, including multiple state-of-the-art facilities strategically located to serve the regions most active operators. That experience — building scale, optimizing haul miles, and delivering dependable quality — informs every aspect of Delta Sands.
Facilities & Services
Delta Sands LLC is developing a 3-million-ton-per-year wet-plant facility near Buffalo, Texas, engineered to serve operators in the Western Haynesville and surrounding basins. Operations are targeted for May 2026, producing 40/200 mesh with an 8K crush factor.
Our design is grounded in lessons learned from founding and operating Performance Proppants — scaled for throughput, simplified for uptime, and built to lower delivered cost per ton.
