Overview
Delta Sands LLC is developing a 3-million-ton-per-year wet-plant facility near Buffalo, Texas, engineered to serve operators in the Western Haynesville and surrounding basins. Operations are targeted for May 2026, producing 40/200 mesh with an 8K crush factor. Our design is grounded in lessons learned from founding and operating Performance Proppants — scaled for throughput, simplified for uptime, and built to lower delivered cost per ton.
Facility Design
- Wet-Plant Configuration: High-throughput washing, classification, and stockpiling with redundant pumps/screens.
- Dewatering / Decanting Field: Top of the line system ensuring consistent ±5% moisture at load-out.
- Capacity: 3 MMTPY (nameplate).
- Products: 40/200 mesh with consistent distribution and low turbidity.
- Loadout & Logistics: Truck-optimized staging, belt scales, digital ticketing, 24/7 loadout.
